What We Do Not Use

For transparency, here are common SaaS sub-processors we do not use:

  • Cross-site advertising networks
  • Behavioral retargeting services
  • Data brokers
  • Consumer credit reporting agencies
  • Any sub-processor that would process or sell your data for purposes other than serving you

How We Manage Sub-Processors

For each sub-processor we engage, we:

  1. Conduct due diligence on their security practices, including reviewing their SOC 2 reports, ISO 27001 certifications, or equivalent
  2. Sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that requires them to process your data only for the services they provide and to maintain reasonable security
  3. Periodically review their continued suitability and notify you of material changes
  4. Maintain a record of what categories of personal information each sub-processor receives

Notification of Changes

For non-Enterprise subscribers, we'll update this page when sub-processors change.

For Enterprise customers under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we provide 30 days' email notice before adding any new sub-processor that will process customer data, allowing time for review and objection.
