Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your RaiseAppraisal.com subscription anytime in under 60 seconds. No phone calls. No emails. No retention agents.

Step-by-Step

1. Sign in at raiseappraisal.com
2. Open Account Settings → Subscription
3. Click Cancel Subscription
4. (Optional) Answer one question telling us why you're leaving — you can skip this and complete cancellation in the same step
5. Click Confirm Cancellation

That's it. You'll receive an immediate email confirming your cancellation.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel:

• We do not refund the current billing period.
• We do not refund unused ROVs.
• We do not refund based on whether your ROV was accepted, the appraisal value changed, or any other outcome.

You retain full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. This is the standard practice for SaaS subscriptions and is the consideration you receive in exchange for your payment.

Discretionary Refund Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances, at our discretion:

1. Billing error on our part — duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, wrong tier billed.
2. Service failure on our part — extended outage that prevented you from using the service for which you paid.
3. Fraudulent or unauthorized charge — your card was used without your authorization.

To request a discretionary refund, email billing@raiseappraisal.com with your account email and details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

If you cancel during your 3-day free trial, you will not be charged. Cancellation within the trial works the same way as the section above.

We send a reminder email 24 hours before your trial ends so you have time to decide. If you do nothing, your subscription will automatically begin and your card will be charged at the end of the trial.

We do not guarantee:

• Any specific appraisal value increase
• That your ROV will be accepted by the lender, AMC, or appraiser
• That you will save any specific amount of time
• Any specific outcome of using the service

Our marketing emphasizes that the software is designed to dramatically reduce ROV preparation time compared to doing it manually. Individual results vary.

If a refund is not appropriate based on the criteria above, please understand that an unsuccessful ROV outcome is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will:

1. Provide your card issuer with our records of your subscription, the disclosures you saw at signup, the emails we sent you, and your usage of the service.
2. May suspend your account pending dispute resolution.
3. Reserve the right to dispute the chargeback under the card network's rules.

We strongly encourage you to email us first at billing@raiseappraisal.com. Most billing concerns are resolved within 24 hours without anyone having to involve a card issuer.

You can re-subscribe anytime through the website. Your previous documents (if within the 90-day retention window) will be available. New billing cycles start fresh — no overage credits or unused-ROV credits carry over.
